Week 1 menu

Untuk menjayakan achivement yang 44 kg tu.. nexx mengambil langkah untuk menstrictkan pwut nexx yang syik bekeroncong ini kepada limited food... so untuk mengelakkan diet ini jahanam sebab nexx malas nak continue, nexx akan menulis menu per week untuk reminder to myself in dis blog.. wahahaha..

Urgh!!! Gambate!!! 40 kg!!! end of this year!!! Banzai!!!

today Menu :

11.7.2011
Breakfast : 2 piece of currypuff, one glass of milo Lunch : 2 piece of currypuff,  a glass of milo, 5 piece of krim cracker biscuits Dinner : Half rice+2 fried chicken (small size)
12.7.2011
Breakfast : 1 banana + 1 glass of plain water
lunch : half rice + 1 glass of plain water +kacang botol +a chicken wing ( bakar)
dinner : 1/2 rice +1/2 fish+1glass of plain water
Supper : 1 glass of milo + a bread


13.7.2011

Breakfast : 1 banana+1 glass of plain water
lunch : 1 glass of milo+nasi lemak + sambal kerang +4 piece of cream cracker biscuits.
dinner : 1 full plate of rice +rendang ayam yummy + one glass of plain water
