How much you drink today?

How much did you drink today? One of the essential tips to lose weight is drinks lots of water..


For me? 1 L per day. It's not enough orait! to lose weight I have to drink at least 3 L per day.  Lots of water is also good to increase breast milk.. yaha>.  
 I miss my little baby.. ^^
